Longing for days when I worried less...Do you ever feel like that? I suspect there is a direct correlation between stress levels and age/responsibility. Sucks to be grown up.
I do feel like this alot, I was considering the thought just yesterday. So I felt I need to combat it, my first step was to remove myself from any groups/websites on the net other than my blog/facebook/and the vogue forum. Sounds stupid but it's made me less stressed. haha. I long to be carefree, that, I can't imagine feeling in the forseeable future. xx
i think the most important thing is that even though you are amongst all these pressure to grow up, you should stay young at heart. i'm not saying that you shouldn't be responsible.. but it's good to not get lost in the so called hectic life where some people might lose themselves.
Totally disagree with the theory of age/stress... well, sort of.
I think as time goes on, life will either wear you out or wear you in.
If you've got a good pair, you'll make it all fall into place by understanding that whatever is going to happen will happen. The only thing in life I believe you can control is the amount of effort you are willing to put forth, to subdue your conscious and ease the mind.
So, wear-in (experience, wonder), wear-out (aged, stress)
feel like that at least once a week. it creeps up on me like i cant bear it - then the next day i remember i like my life. who wouldnt wanna be young and carefree again though eh!? great pics! x
Sure do ;) Ah, I suppose these worries make us 'grow up'...
ReplyDeleteI hate stress - it plagues me. I get bags under my eyes and I'm constantly tired. But there is at least ONE advantage! Stress = shopping therapy!
